  The double cheese burger was terrible. The burger didn't taste like beef meat. The seasoning was not present. I have been a customer of Sonic's since the late 90's. The taste of their burger has been the worst in the Richmond Virginia area. I have had Sonic burgers in Alabama, Georgia, North Carolina, and Virginia. The past two years in Virginia has revealed that Sonic no longer desires to be competitive. The quality of the meat is not worth the price. After complaining, I got a chicken sandwich. The chicken sandwich was subpar. The price of the burger and chicken sandwich does not reflect the quality, taste, or visual imagery that can compete with McDonald's, Burger King, Wendy's, or Cookout Sonic should consider eliminating many of the items on their menu and keep the items that have consistent quality. Sonic is an example of a restaurant that didn't take steps to improve but took steps to enlarge the quantity of menu items. When the quantity of menu items increase, the probability of quality decreases. Sonic needs to regroup if it desires to survive in the fast-food market.

  Have been trying to order since 5pm it is now 9:10pm. Our food was delivered first to the wrong place, then they said it was redelivered 40 mins later, now their app won't work. Do better Sonic!
