  i came here at 4am because it says they’re 24 hours and none of the employees took my order or even put the headset on

  This McDonald's truly needs to be shut down the workers do not care one bit about the food it's always old undercooked or overcooked this place seriously needs to be investigated and taken away from the doordash option every time I go there the food is absolutely disgusting and old and they always mess up something I work in Food Service it's not that hard to read an order and do them correctly and to care about the food that you're handing out this place is going to make somebody seriously sick one day

  My wife just had a mirror experience of some of the other reviews. I’ve read here. She came in and placed her order, the person taking her order didn’t even know that they sold a big Mac. So she ordered a number one meal. PS – that’s the one with a big Mac fries and drink. A group of eight people came in after her and placed their orders, five of them got their food before my wife did, and they all got fresh. French fries and hers were cold and old. I don’t usually make this observation, but in this case, I think that race preferences had something to do with the treatment she received. This is the second time this has happened to my wife at a McDonald’s, the other was at the Petersburg location where no one would wait on her. Needless to say, we’re rethinking ever going back to McDonald’s.

  In the six or so times I've been to this location, the food has always been hot. The speed of service is a bit slow compared to most fast food restaurants, but it's never been unacceptable to me. On one occasion, I received a medium fry despite ordering and paying for a large. On at least 3 visits, I ordered McNuggets with sweet 'n' sour sauce, but I've never received a single sauce packet. Be prepared to wait a few extra minutes, and check your order before you leave.
