- JEJonathan ElyJun 20, 20262.0They changed the fries from a cup to a smaller bag. THIS LOCATION has given less and less fries over the last few months. A large no longer has bag fries, and feels like a skimpy medium. They also consistently forget a1 sauce on the burger when you order online. Go to a different five guys.

Tried placing a very large order for a company event and they could only process half the order, which most places have problems, but by seperating the orders or simply calling and working it out is never a problem, but for some reason Five Guys could not understand that. The online order for the first one went through, but second one was rejected as it detected it as fraud, tried a couple of times with no luck so called them and they had to get a Manger on the line. The manager said they couldn't do it because they were worried no one would show for the order, tried to be reasonable and tell her the first order went through, just the second one would so we were trying to call and order, but kept telling me there was nothing they could do and I would have to order online with an attitude behind it. I guess comprehension is not a required skill to become a manager. Have ordered many times over the years and will probably no longer be doing any business with them, needless to say very disappointing.
