  White rice was missing the cilantro and lime and barbacoa was missing any and all seasonings. The queso spoon looked like it hadn’t been replaced all day and had layers of old crunchy queso along the handle. The countertop where orders are made was extremely dirty and in need of wiping. When my burrito was wrapped up the foil became covered in sour cream. The staff were also quite rude here. The worker wrapping my burrito was offended when I asked for an extra piece of foil to wrap around the piece that was covered in sour cream. She made faces at her coworkers to show her annoyance. The worker at the register tried to add a side of queso to my bag even though I did not order it. When I let her know that the queso was not mine, she told me and my partner that I had said I wanted queso… So overall very unprofessional and rude. There was also only 1 bathroom open and no toilet paper in that bathroom.

  This place literally looks like a bomb went off inside. An absolute warzone. The Mogadishu of Chipotles. the workers, god bless them, don’t give a damn. Trash overflowing, more food spilled all over the prep table than in the bins. Mysterious stains on seating. A warzone. Foods fine though.

  THE WORST Chipotle I have ever been too! It is so dirty! Food sll over the place, trash not taken out! I never wrote reviews but I had too!! My son can’t even eat his quesadilla, I got a salad no salad dressing!!! I have no words!! I had to pray over my food, praying away any impurities! The only reason I stayed was because we are traveling!

  This was the dirtiest, most disorganized Chipotle I’ve ever been in. There was food everywhere between the containers. Disgusting. The tables hadn’t been cleaned. The garbage was overflowing. The men’s bathroom had no toilet paper. I’m a woman and didn’t dare try the women’s room. Yuck. If this had been my first experience at Chipotle, I would never go back. It was truly revolting.

  I have to say I have never seen a dirtier chipotle in my entire life. There is literally food all over the place all over the counters. It was absolutely disgusting.. Once I got up to the counter and saw how nasty it was, I literally told the guy I wanted nothing and left. You can tell little by little things are getting worse and worse and management they do not care. Upper management needs to seriously consider shutting this place down for a little while until they can get the right people.
