  I’m not one to complain or make a Google review but This was some of the worst food I’ve ever had a burrito had rice in it and it was hard as a rock still I ordered some guacamole and my guac was brown(Looked at it as soon as I got it). I also got a bowl for a friend and it was Disgusting that they couldn’t even finish it. I’m highly Disappointed! I also had no idea where to pick up my mobile order being that there was no sign to show you where to pick it up at. I also had to wait 15 minutes just for somebody to Ask what my name was for the mobile order after I tried to get their attention The whole time I was there.

  On 7/2/26 at approximately 6:25 PM, the employee assembling online orders cursed at me and threatened to slap me, all because I asked for a fork that wasn't stocked in the dining area. Ironically, I had placed an online order, so a fork should have been included in my bag in the first place. Police and corporate have already been contacted. The restaurant is nasty too.

  ⭐☆☆☆☆ (1 Star) I don’t usually leave reviews, but today’s experience was too disappointing not to share. Today, around 12:30 PM, my 10-year-old son and I stopped by this Chipotle for lunch while my sister was next door getting her nails and toes done. We’ve eaten here before without any issues, but today’s visit was completely different. Before we could even sit down, I had to wipe down our own table and seats because they were dirty. Then came the biggest issue… food safety. I ordered a steak and chicken bowl, and the employee accidentally put a large amount of sour cream on my food. I am highly allergic to sour cream. Instead of immediately making me a new bowl, he first tried to scrape the sour cream off the top of my food. Thankfully, another crew member immediately stepped in and told him to make me a new bowl. I truly appreciate that employee because food allergies should always be taken seriously. I also ordered a chicken and cheese quesadilla and a cheese quesadilla. They came out folded over and cut in half instead of looking like the traditional Chipotle quesadillas we’ve received at this location before. My son immediately noticed the difference and didn’t even want to eat them. When I politely asked about it, the manager on duty, a young, heavyset Caucasian woman working the lunch shift between approximately 11:00 AM and 2:00 PM, was dismissive and unprofessional. I wasn’t asking for anything unreasonable. I simply wanted answers, but I was made to feel like I was the problem. After thinking about the entire experience, I returned to request a refund for my $45–$50 order. Since I had thrown away my receipt, the manager told me she wasn’t going into the trash to get it, and neither was anyone else. Thankfully, the cashier stepped in, looked up my transaction in the register system, reprinted my receipt, and processed my refund. She deserves recognition for providing the customer service I should have received from the beginning. As a disabled veteran, I proudly served this country for almost a decade. I don’t expect special treatment because of my military service. I simply expect to be treated with the same respect, professionalism, and courtesy that every customer deserves. Unfortunately, that wasn’t my experience today, and it was especially disappointing that my 10-year-old son witnessed the entire interaction. I’m sharing this review because I hope someone from Chipotle leadership sees it. This isn’t just about one bad lunch. It’s about food allergy safety, restaurant cleanliness, and how customers are treated when something goes wrong. I hope this location takes these concerns seriously so no one else has a similar experience. Thank you to the cashier and the crew member who did the right thing. Unfortunately, because of today’s experience, my son and I won’t be returning to this location.

  Food was terrible my quesadilla was completely unmelted and when they packed it they put it sideways and all the sides spilled out. There was also trash all over the floor they were out of napkins and the seating areas were all dirty. Hands down the worst chipotle I’ve ever been to, and I love chipotle. Absolutely avoid this if you can it’s not worth your time or money

  Worse place to go to had a door dash young guy who was doing the orders says I don't have that order walks off then alot of dashers started coming in he says the same thing we would have never knew that y'all system was down if the young man from the back wouldn't have came to inform us funny thing though a young lady had an online order he must thought she was cute because he looked at her phone and made her order
