  I've never had a bad experience at this Arby's until today. The cashier at the window was rude. I asked for a drink carrier and she lost it. Then she gave me the wrong order and asked me to give her the bag back all while yelling to her co-workers and manager who is taking over for me. My baked sweet potato was not cooked done. My rotisserie chicken is always delicious.

  Didn’t acknowledge me when i walked in. didn’t ask if i was picking up or placing an order. Let’s 16 different ppl go in front of me. I waited 23 mins before someone even asked if I’ve been helped

  It would have been nice if my deluxe roast beef sandwich actually had meat on it not just lettuce and tomatoe.

  I have had two incorrect orders this week. Tonight, I went to get the Rueben and asked for extra meat. I double checked when I got to the window to confirm she heard me. I got home and there was barely any meat. I had several bites of just bread and sauerkraut. More annoyingly, there's more sauerkraut than meat! It's a corned beef rueben...not a sauerkraut sandwich!
