  When we got there, nobody was in the inside so by the time we parked two people had came in.. We all standing there waiting for somebody anybody to take our order. The manager literally had to tell one of the workers to take the 1st gentleman's order... He took his order and was switched to go do something else. They pulled the girl from drive thru who was training to take the other people's orders.. She was really nice... While waiting I'm watching as the food is being bagged for the customers.. How are you as a manager NOT wearing gloves while bagging food? Touching food and equipment no gloves no sanitizing of your hands or anything. Then to see the cashier after ringing customers up go pick up fries and various uncovered food items and place them in customer's bags really threw me.. Plus the attitudes and how grim it was walking inside.. it will be AWHILE before I come back to this one!

  Completely and utterly rude. Bad customer service and rude employees. Misspelled my friends name and then laughed into her face about it. Grown adults by the way.

  Largest Arby's in the states! They had a completely different menu here... they had rotisserie chicken which was pretty good and a loaded baked potato on the menu which was pretty good. They also had a brisket sandwich and a smoked pulled pork sandwich which was not edible but nothing to brag about. Plenty of seating inside.

  The biggest and best Arby I ever been too ... The only problem is some of them young kids are disrespectful.... Wake up y'all signed up for the job not me..Great place tho if u can get around them ..

  This is the best Arby's in Virginia! The menu selection is amazing and the staff is wonderful. I am closer to two other locations but will drive out of my way to get a meal here.
