  7 Brew Coffee was great. It was my first time visiting and I ordered a large smoothie. It was great size from other places I've been. I give them a five-star's for customer service and product.

  Today makes the third try for 7Brew, no more!! The first time my drink was right, small coffee in a large cup with extra extra extra ice. The second time wrong. How can you mess up a black coffee in a larger sized cup so you can have extra ice. Third time I got 2 medium chocolate milk shakes one extra thick, both like drinking chocolate milk. When I said one was supposed to be think the young lady said nothing but thank you😔 NEVER AGAIN

  I’ve been coming here pretty often since they opened but this morning did it for me. This isn't a complaint on the drinks because I typically get the same thing and it’s been pretty consistent. What is not ok are employees rolling their eyes at a customer because they don’t want to be bothered to take their order. Pulled up to both lines being the same amount of cars long- two employees were chatting with each other in one line and another employee was in the other line. I just picked one and when I pull up to the two employees talking, the girl asks why didn’t I go to the other line. I said I didn’t think it mattered and she said well that one is shorter, which I replied no not really.. it’s not that serious I don’t mind. The employee then rolled her eyes and said “I guess I can just take your order here” like she was annoyed that I had the audacity to even be there- at that point I realized I was bothering them to actually do their job so I decided to avoid an argument and just leave. I am nine months pregnant, having a tough time and I already had a terrible morning and wanted something that made me feel better. I don’t have time for the attitude for absolutely no reason other than the fact that they didn’t want me in their line because that meant they had to do something. Unfortunately I hold grudges and I refuse to go back.

  Omggg today was the BEST service I ever received!!! Gabi was awesome! She remembered my drink & how I like extra ice 😅😬 Actually the crew today vibe was excellent!!! 5/3

  I was told to pull up the the outside table to order, and no one was there! Employees inside the building. Outside there was plenty of people with pads, TALKING to each other, but not taking orders! One employee was writing on the glass with a marker. The car beside me got tired of being ignored, snd pulled off, I realized after 3 minutes, I was being ignored too. Teens and twenty somethings more interested in socializing than taking care of customers!! Never again!!
