  Came through on saturday. The woman taking my order was nice and helped me decide on a drink lol. Madeline handed me my coffee, asked how my day was and made rlly easy going small talk that made my experience rlly nice. Will definitely be going back regularly because of that!

  I absolutely am in love with the 7Brew in colonial heights. My favorite girl is Sydney, she is always on point with what I will absolutely love. However the rest of the staff is absolutely amazing as well. They help you play around with the menu and find your perfect drink. I also absolutely love the karaoke when I go through, these girls and guys are always so energetic and full of fun. I 10/10 recommend you stopping in just to hear them singing or to have a sweet conversation with them. They truly love what they do and love to make you smile

  Was having kind of a rough day and decided I needed a sweet treat to perk myself up so I rolled through this location this evening. Not only did my drink hit the spot, but Camden was such a delight. She came up to my car and had a friendly chat with me and was just very sweet. She was a bright spot in my day! It’s rare to get really good customer service these days and people like her will keep me coming back to this location again and again!

  I have been to this place only 3 times. Fist was good. Second time I went around the car in front of me because the young lady who was taking the order was in a conversation with the car in front. Long conversation so I went around her. Was told by that same young lady that was not allowed, it would miss up orders. However, the car I passed went around me into another lane. ( Consider the sorce) The third time I was told to form a new line, lane 3. Almost 30 cars passed in front of me while I waited for my drink. I told them to make it over because it had melted. Probably will not visit that one again.

  Everything about this location is consistently great, and the drinks are always amazing—I’ve officially left Starbucks and my loyalty is now with 7 Brew. However, I do have a couple of safety and comfort concerns to share. First, the team members taking orders should be more mindful when walking between cars in the drive-thru. The sun was beaming directly into my eyes and, just as it was my turn to pull forward, a worker turned around and walked right in front of my moving car without seeming to notice. Because I’m an alert and cautious driver—and no one is going more than about 5 mph in a drive-thru—I was able to stop, but a little extra self-awareness goes a long way, especially for people who are new to the role and multitasking in a busy lane. Second, please make sure the straw size matches the drink size so I don’t have to wrestle with my cup the whole time, pulling the straw back up every few sips. It’s a small detail, but it really affects the overall experience, especially when the drinks themselves are so good.
