  Ordered a cherry limeade on the app. App said drink would be ready at 5:12. Got to Sonic at 5:12. Put in information that I was in stall 3. 5:15 came, 5:20 came, 5:25 came 5:30 came still had not gotten my soda. Went up to the walk up ordering station and inquired about my order. Explained that I had been waiting 20 minutes on a soda. Soda finally arrived. Was missing the lime slices & cherry the drink is suppose to come with. The absolute worst service for a Sonic Drive-In I've ever seen. The building parking lot and entire area is a filthy mess. They need to take some pointers from the Radford Sonic, which is way better!

  Waited 20 mins for a pick up order says it will be ready at 1215p didn’t get out till almost 1240 had to get out and press a button on a order screen for her to tell me she “found it” Always have problems here will not be returning. Now we know why everyone tells us they stop coming back here and won’t return.

  7 minute wait for 1 unsweetened iced tea and not a single thanks for waiting nor sorry for your wait.

  Staff and food was excellent. Food was delivered fast, considering we had a complicated order. Would definitely visit again.
