It took them 20 minutes for them to take our order, then we waited another hour to not be served. My friends and I had to go elsewhere to eat.

Consistently long wait times over 30min long. If the location is understaffed please consider hiring more employees

Just sat at this location for 30+ minutes waiting on my food.
Food is fine, workers are fine. This location just seems to have a serious management problem. They can't get/keep employees and can't keep up with any amount of customers for the 11 years that I've lived here. I give them a chance every now and then and they've never really gotten any better.
Edit: Oh and they got two items in my order wrong. One has the wrong things on it and one is the completely wrong item. And all of the food was cold.
This location just shouldn't exist, or completely new management needs to come in and clean things up.

Came for ice cream and hit the button to order 4 times and no one ever answered.. There was only 1 car in the parking lot and we never got service.. Very disappointed. I am 26 weeks pregnant and was craving ice cream from sonic. ):

Absolutely horrendous service. Placed an order on the app, showed up and checked in only to have to wait THIRTY plus minutes parked in the stall waiting for ANY interaction. I pushed the red “service” button and it kept getting dismissed. The screen finally said CAM IS ON THE WAY WITH YOUR ORDER. Nope. Cam never came. After a good half hour, I tried calling and finally got thru the second time. Told the girl on the phone that I have been waiting for a half hour already. She got my name and said she’ll have it right out for me. That sounded like it had BEEN ready. Finally a girl brought my bag and I asked if it was fresh and she said it has been out for FIVE minutes. (She was completely fibbing and stalling on excuses…) So I checked and sure enough, the tater tots were ROCK HARD AND COLD. Absolutely disgusting. I informed the girl and she gave me the most nastiest attitude and shucked the bag out of my hand. Did not even ask what she could do to make it right or anything. She stormed off while I was asking for a refund. Did not even bother to wait around for any service so I left. I tried calling again when I got home to speak to a supervisor and NO answer. Absolutely disrespectful and unacceptable.
