The food was good but very expensive. The use of the tabletop kiosk for payment is a real detraction from the atmosphere. It's supposed to be an upscale restaurant but we had little interaction with the server.

This has become my go to local steakhouse. It's affordable. The food is always spot on. Service is great. Wait times are very reasonable.

Steak was tough! Shrimp was nicely cooked though. Service was good. Food wasn't really up to temp when it arrived at table.

I went to Outback the first week in June, 2026. As I was looking over the menu the front of the house manager began to explain “two great new steaks on their menu”, how tender they are. A natural question was “ what is the grade of the steak, USDA choice or prime?” The manager said he didn’t know. I asked the grade on the other steaks on the menu as it is not listed. He said he didn’t know and would find out. Outback is a steak house for crying out loud!! Management doesn’t know the grade of steaks and is unfamiliar with the USDA grading system, that is one reason Outbacks are closing all over the country- lack of training, poor hiring practices to hire a manager without food knowledge, and not being transparent with customers about the steak they are buying and preparing. Outback needs to get better or get out of the steakhouse business. BTW, ungraded “ select” steaks( lower grade than Choice) must be mechanically or chemically tenderized to be even somewhat acceptable, I don’t want either.

3 piles of dog poop, INSIDE the 1st set of doors. We told the hostess about it after my youngest grandson stepped in it before we saw it. The manager came over and continue to hold the door open letting that God awful smell and where we were standing and waiting to be seated. I asked her three times to please shut the door yet she kept standing there with it open so she could motion someone in the back are you kidding me you send someone else to get someone to clean it up but you is the manager do not stand there holding the door open making your customers gag that haven't even been seated yet. Not even an apology from the manager. Nothing we won't be back here again. Our server was fantastic, but the manager is total lack of consideration for her customers standing right there asking her repeatedly to close the door so the smell of the dog poop inside your doors at the restaurant don't continue to linger inside the restaurant. Then the manager has a 100% disregard for her customers and the repeated requests with so much as an apology not given. That was inexcusable
