Food: delicious. Service: outstanding. Atmosphere: positive. Roger: in a category of his own. Due to confusion when ordering I got a plain burger instead of with all the toppings. I went back in line to see if I could get toppings on it and Roger spotted me from behind the counter and motioned me over and asked me if he could do anything for me. I explained the situation and he loaded up a try with all the toppings. Later, there was a milkshake that someone left behind from their order and Roger, being the sort of man that he is, offered it to a family with two small kids. He seemed like a positive character to his co workers as well. FIVE GUYS, GIVE THIS MAN A RAISE AND MAKE ROGER HAPPY 💰 !!! He is the sort of guy you want to keep around. Also, I over heard his name from a coworker and it was not the most clear, so if the name is not roger, my apologies. He is the tall, lean guy with the beard and glasses.

Dined on Monday 4/20/26, 1:30 pm. The worst hand cut fries I have ever had-greasy, soggy and limp. Five Guys should know people go there for the fries, not the overpriced burgers which are just OK. So bad I asked the guy at counter if Five Guys changed their process, he said no. Need to get corporate in there and figure out what they are doing wrong or Five Guys is headed out of business. I will never return. In the NRV, if you want good hand cut fries go to Abby’s!

Well now, I do believe I’ve never been so put off. There was a tall gentleman with glasses and curly hair carrying on like he owned the place, speaking quite rudely to both customers and staff. I had only come in for a simple meal with my daughter, but after that experience, I won’t be returning. Such a shame—kindness really does go a long way.

We ordered quickly, and the portion was big enough; however, the fries were extra salty, so much so that they burned our tongues. Burgers were satisfactory. This was our first time in five guys and probably will be back for the burgers only. It might be my bad but this place is a bit on the pricey side for the food.

Very nice employees and of course the food is good. They made me a sauce by request with ingredients they had, very pleasant experience.
