This is nowhere close to what a normal bowl should look like. If you’re going to charge full price, serve a full portion. Shrinking the container and barely filling it is ridiculous. Extremely disappointing and absolutely not worth the money.

If you ask for a reasonable amount of extra food, you are charged extra. Even asking for condiments on the side comes with an additional charge. I understand businesses need to make money, but this feels less like fair pricing and more like nickel-and-diming customers for every little thing. I have never experienced this level of stinginess at a restaurant. Very disappointing, especially considering the prices. Customers deserve fair portions and basic condiments without being charged for every small request. People should avoid going such places.

They ran out of black beans, queso, vegetables and give a half spoon of chicken and have no courtesy to offer anything to compensate this missing ingredients so much attitude. - APAiden PoffJul 31, 20262.0I frequent this location a lot a typically have a fine experience ordering pick up on the app with bowls or burritos, but today I ordered a quesadilla which I already know they don’t do that well at this specific location. But this time was the worst by far, a barely wrapped quesadilla that fell apart immediately after trying to pick it up, and all the sides which are supposed to come on “the side” were inside the quesadilla making it that much harder to eat. While picking up at the restaurant the person making my ordered must’ve realized the mistake of putting the sides in the quesadilla instead of the side and asked who I assume is the manager about it, and they served it anyway. Overall good flavor, hit or miss service, terrible presentation. If you go here I would only recommend the bowl or burrito since that’s all the staff can seem to manage making.
