  This store is absolutely filthy! The area around the drinks and condiments is filthy. The tea is rank. Every single table top is dirty and we are the only customers in the place. Maybe they had a rush. The lady at the counter didn't speak to us. She did smile. Arby's isn't cheap! Better clean your act up or my next call is to corporate!

  I ordered their 2 hot dogs for $5. Hot dogs was good, more like coney dogs, very good deal. Staff was friendly, was a little mix up on orders, maybe add names to orders inside so there's no confusion.

  Went in to grab a quick bite to eat, placed my order to go, while I was waiting a US veteran came in and asked for the veteran discount, employee told him the manager is in the bathroom, and he's not sure how long he will be and he's the only one that can give you the discount. When the manager finally came out about 8 minutes later, he acted irritated and disgusted that he was interrupted. The veteran explained to the manager that the employees were trying to tell him he wouldn't be able to get his discount. The manager then got an attitude with the customer. It is sad the day before the fourth of July that our veterans are treated this way, you guys really need to get better management in there to lead the young people that are working there. Customer service in this store is a negative 5 stars. If that was a possibility to give, that's what I would do. And it all falls on the manager's shoulders. He seemed very bothered at the fact that he had to perform customer service, which is what he's in the business to do. Sad and I will never return to the store again. I will give my money to somebody who actually appreciates and is willing to do customer service. Side note- took way too long to get my food. Arby's should be embarrassed that they have a store like this!
