  Would give them a -1000 will never order from this place again my girlfriend order it for me because I'm in the hospital food was cool fires was about half way full she did not get her sandwich because they was out of the meat what the hell if you can't keep stuff in stock then close the damn doors

  Took forever to get our food. Finally got it food was cold and stale.

  Went in to grab a quick bite to eat, placed my order to go, while I was waiting a US veteran came in and asked for the veteran discount, employee told him the manager is in the bathroom, and he's not sure how long he will be and he's the only one that can give you the discount. When the manager finally came out about 8 minutes later, he acted irritated and disgusted that he was interrupted. The veteran explained to the manager that the employees were trying to tell him he wouldn't be able to get his discount. The manager then got an attitude with the customer. It is sad the day before the fourth of July that our veterans are treated this way, you guys really need to get better management in there to lead the young people that are working there. Customer service in this store is a negative 5 stars. If that was a possibility to give, that's what I would do. And it all falls on the manager's shoulders. He seemed very bothered at the fact that he had to perform customer service, which is what he's in the business to do. Sad and I will never return to the store again. I will give my money to somebody who actually appreciates and is willing to do customer service. Side note- took way too long to get my food. Arby's should be embarrassed that they have a store like this!

  Shake machine still or if service. You're luck if you can get through the drive thru in 25 minutes, don't even try on lunch. Inside is just as bad. Nothing is stocked. Sometimes tables are cleaned. 2 stars instead of 1 because it's still Arby's, and their RB is awesome, but I've had to stop going here because you just never know what to expect, like most of the Christiansburg fast good places now.

  Food is usually decent. Rarely fully satisfying though. If you go past 9pm, the service will absolutely suck and there is no justifying it at all. The workers are slow. The manager just sits down in the back of the kitchen and doesn’t do anything, when I’m there at least. I’ve never seen anybody work as slow as these night shift Arby’s employees. 3 orders on the screen, completely dead store and they somehow manage to take 10+ minutes to get me out the door every single time.
