  We have been here many times however the past 4 times we have went have been disappointing. Flavor choices are great but no one is doing quality control. The portions for the same order are completely different, you get whip cream when you state you don't want any while the one that was supposed to get it has none. ( this has happened 4 times in a row).This time we took the one sundae back in and asked for whip cream and that the cup it was in be replaced as it was sticky, covered in ice cream. The person who took it back told one of the teenagers to put a new cup on it and add whipcream. They put a tiny bit on with it falling from the side then handed it back without the new cup or at least wiping it off. It's ice cream so it's not the end of the world but for the prices they charge it should be right. It's all they do and it's not rocket science to make a cone or sundae nor should it take 15 minutes to be made wrong, when there is No line. We used to love it but until management trains and observes their employees, we will be going to Mr. Whippys every time. Update. After this review, the owner reached out to me personally and explained what may have caused some of the issues we experienced and stated he would speak with some of the employees about the issues we had and offered to correct the problem. I agreed to return and try again. We went this weekend and everything went very well. The employees we dealt with this time were pleasant and the order was correct. We had no issues and as always, we enjoyed the ice-cream. I have edited this review due to the quick response by the owner and resolution to the issues we had been having. It obvious the owner cares about his customers, employees and his business. Thank you again for reaching out and providing customer service that we don't see that often anymore.

  Went tonight because my son had a coupon for a free cone from his school. Both flavors we tried (chocolate and pony tracks) were DELICIOUS and the portion size was very generous as well. We'll definitely be back to try more flavors. 😁
