All you need to do is head down Maddox Blvd. until you come to the lighthouse, and we'll be there, eager to serve you our delicious homemade ice cream. The Island Creamery has been around since 1975 and is family owned and operated. We're proud to base our recipe on an all-natural, premium butterfat mix as well as local fruit for our 32 flavors. Have a latte on our patio or grab a fresh waffle cone as you explore the island -- we'll make sure you always have access to something delicious.

    First timer. Ice cream very tasty. Lots of different flavors but the standards are available. Quick service by the staff. Outdoor seating which is nice on a pleasant evening.

    This is my favorite ice cream place I have ever been to, hands down. Every flavor is amazing, and the freshly made waffle cones are the best. We always get a bag of waffle cone pieces to take home with us.

    The island creamery is fantastic. Really clean and plenty of seating, and extra parking across the street. Portions are huge and prices are great. Quality was fantastic, lots of happy customers.

    My parents took me here after a delicious birthday dinner and the customer service ruined the entire experience.The female with the iPad shouted at me to keep the door closed as I was holding it open for another family to walk in ahead of me. She then demands you order as soon as you walk in the door without even a chance to look over the menu. Rude, sour teenagers running this place. I will never go back.

    The ice cream was good, but the customer service left a disappointing impression. The employees’ demeanor felt distant and unwelcoming, which took away from the overall experience. Customer service is about making every person who walks through the door feel genuinely welcomed, valued, and appreciated. At an ice cream shop especially, people come in to enjoy a fun, lighthearted treat, and the atmosphere should reflect that with friendly smiles, warmth, and positive energy. I understand this is a predominantly white town, but every customer deserves the same level of kindness, respect, and enthusiasm regardless of their race or background. Consistent hospitality is what turns a good product into a great customer experience, and I hope this is something the team takes into consideration.
