  Public service announcement - the “manager” working at the Chilhowie Taco Bell clocked in today and chose ignorance over competence!!! Taco Bell must be really really desperate for help if they hire and give out a “management” title to someone that is “okay” with a situation where a customer gets baptized in Pepsi and then thinks, “You know what this situation needs? Less napkins and more attitude.” The woman must have been really proud of her position and thinking that she has managerial clout - she acted like I was the issue and started raising her voice and giving me attitude to defend the teen girl by saying “This teenage employee is new”…and that should mean what exactly?!? That the girl that was hired must be old enough to be employed - but not old enough to be empathetic or to know better than to laugh in the customers face that’s covered in Pepsi - and so so new that she hasn’t yet been taught or trained on how to be useful enough to grab a few napkins?!? Ok, that makes so much sense. But yes, based off of her IQ level (or lack there of)…I must have been the problem. I did yell loud enough that you could hear my request through the closed drive-thru window to ask “can I please have some napkins” - all while the mess of Pepsi was still running down my arm and dripping off of my elbow, while more Pepsi was soaking into the drivers seat of my vehicle. My bad - here I was thinking that a simple customer service request would have been achievable. Honestly though, big shoutout to the polite kid who actually was helpful and provided me with a phone number to reach out to for complaints because apparently he was the only “adult” in that building today - and the only one with morals and common courtesy.

  We ordered the chicken bacon ranch nacho fries, but what we got was two of them with only chicken and pico de gallo on it and my boyfriend was only pico de gallo ranch cheese on the fries with no chicken. We will no longer have any business with this store again.
