- SSSGGirl1 day ago1.0If there were zero stars, I would have chosen them. Worst customer service ever. Placed an online order. Got home to realize the order was wrong. Called back and was told by a young man a new order would be ready in 15 minutes. I arrived 20-25 minutes later to pick it up. New staff and no order. Was told "I don't know anything about that I just got here" by the employee that walked up. I asked for a refund to be told 3-5 business days, with attitude as she walked away and tossed the bag I returned. I stood there for a while at least 10 minutes thinking she was going to give me something to show a return initiated, but nothing.. actually never came back to the counter. Finally another employee walked up to ask if I was waiting on something. I explained I was waiting on info about the refund, but the person had walked off, leaving me there. She then walked to the back to the other employee spoke with her, and came back to the front to say that she's going to issue the refund, you can go. CAN'T MAKE THIS UP!!!

From the moment I walked in, the customer service was top-tier—friendly, welcoming, and genuinely attentive. Britni is clearly doing something right because her team runs like a well-oiled machine. Everything was fast, organized, and super clean, which you don’t always see at busy spots. And the food? On point; perfectly sauced, and full of flavor. What really stood out was the energy. You can tell the team enjoys what they do, and that kind of positive vibe makes all the difference. Britni leads with professionalism and care, and it shows in every detail. If you’re looking for great wings and even better service, this is the location to go to. I’ll definitely be back!
