First time there was a hair in my sandwich, next time the sandwiches were soggy as hell when they were picked up. Next time the bread was so dry and crusty that it wasn't even eatable. This last time I ordered online and when my son went to pick up the order he waited for literally an hour at the store for the order and they told him they were working on it when they weren't. They served multiple customers that came in after him and left him standing there. I am so fed up with this place! Do yourself a huge favor and go somewhere else!

But The Subway App and Customer Service should be sent to the Landfill . 😡 I've sent several complaints to the App because I didn't get the credit from March 16 for my purchase which keeps me from the Free Sub deal. This store is very good, but Customer Service is Trash. You can see my purchase on the App and pickup notification. But I'm not getting credit and Customer Service SUCKS.
