  Decided to stop going here and I now go the the mcdonalds right by the 288 S ramp. I dont go to McDonald's often except for breakfast a couple times a week on the way to work and I always get the steak bagel meal and for some reason these people just cant get it right. The bagel most times is missing the butter spread which makes a big difference in the taste and leaves the bagel more dry without it, and they also love to forget to add the sautéed onions at times. My last time stopping here i had no onions or butter on my bagel. Every since I started going to the other McDonald's, my bagel has always been made properly. This might seem petty but trust me, the butter and onions is what makes the steak bagel hit and without it, it just isnt the same.

  This is my first time going inside and everyone was kind and pleasant—unfortunately I was surprised lol! Also kudos to Heavenly who works there

  This McDonald's is usually great, but today the bathrooms were dirty and not usable from a hygiene point of view. The customer service was subpar. We were told to use the kiosk, which for us is a little difficult. Some of the order was customized and it takes too long to find things on the kiosk/app. We also like to order with a real person. The employee also spoke very cutely to another customer who asked for a stirrer (I heard you!) or a straw. Once we received our order, and were headed out, there was a mess of fries on the floor by the trash can. Since this was 7:45 AM it meant that those fries were there from last night. Sad state of affairs when a kiosk is placed above actual customer service.

  If you order delivery GOOD LUCK. I deliver food and this restaurant is the absolute worst. Staff does not acknowledge you and they don’t watch orders so they get stolen and then make you wait to tell you they don’t have the order. The McDonalds down the road is far and away better so hopefully you don’t get yours from this location.

  4/17/2026 at 11:54 AM - I had a really disappointing experience at this McDonald’s. The woman taking orders in the drive-thru was extremely rude and unprofessional. She repeatedly talked over me while I was trying to place my order, made dismissive remarks, and seemed more focused on talking to someone else than helping customers. At multiple points, she ignored me completely, then came back speaking in a harsh tone saying she was “waiting on me,” even though I had already clearly been giving my order. I had to repeat myself several times, and even then, my order was still not taken correctly. What made it worse was that I could also hear her speaking to other customers the same way through the window, which shows this wasn’t a one-time issue but a pattern of behavior. I understand places get busy, but basic respect and communication should still be expected. This experience was frustrating and disappointing, and I hope it’s addressed. We usually go to this one and have never had a problem before and my other review was super great but super downhill. Especially in front of my 3 young children in the car. Never going back to this location after this interaction. I rather drive 10 min down the road from now on every Friday instead.
