  I do not nor will I understand why that run propane powered equipment in a retail store while it's open and has customers in it. It is happening right after peak hours.

  I am bringing to your attention an experience that has occurred multiple times at this location involving the same employee. On more than one occasion while using the self-checkout area, I have noticed this employee standing nearby and repeatedly watching me throughout my transaction. During these incidents, I did not observe the same level of scrutiny directed toward other customers in the area. The most recent occurrence took place during my visit tonight. The first time it happened, I tried to give the employee the benefit of the doubt and dismissed it. However, after experiencing similar behavior a second time, I felt compelled to report it. I was simply purchasing my items, including groceries and produce, and completed my transaction without any issues. As a customer, being repeatedly watched in this manner made me feel uncomfortable, singled out, and as though I was being viewed with suspicion despite giving no reason for such treatment. I have never had any negative interactions with this employee or any other employee at this location. I want to be clear that I am not making complaints about other staff members. My concern is limited to the repeated behavior I experienced from this particular employee. I generally come into the store, make my purchases, and leave without incident. I am requesting that management review this matter and address any training or customer-service concerns that may be appropriate. Every customer should be able to shop without feeling targeted, profiled, or made uncomfortable. Thank you for your time and attention to this matter. It’s definitely the Korean girl by self checkout

  Food Lion at Commons Plaza has gone down since the previous manager Mr.Hoff retired. The workers seem angry if you ask them a question. They are extremely rude. The produce manager is rude. I use to shop here a lot over of Kroger now avoid it as much as possible.
