This place is awful especially when ordering. My steak bowl had two pieces of steak and the guac was so salty it was inedible. This is crazy work

This is one of the worst dining experiences we have ever had. They had “run out of” kids containers, guacamole, white rice, and chips. Pretty sure they gave my son the honey chicken that’s spicier because they didn’t have the regular chicken.. We wouldn’t have eaten here or even started an order if we knew that they didn’t have any of these items. On top of the terrible ordering experience, the tables are all filthy with food on every single eating surface. Will never come back to this chipotle , which is a shame because it’s now the closest one to our house.
Have to post this: The staff is not friendly at all. The bowls shrunk to almost nothing for what they charge you. In addition, the fountain soda machine is never works. Never filled properly to where the soda comes out clear! (ITS COKE/PEPSI) It is always dirty in there. Never cleaned or managed properly. I am more concerned about the cleaning of the restaurent where poeple eat. They should someone wiping tables etc. Food on all tables and floor and where the soda machine is. Its gross. The bowls use to be good. One scoop of rice and a sprinkle of cheese is all you get now. Its insane! they use to fill up your bowls. and the protein.... on small scoop...come on Chipotle... make some changes! go back to where you use to give the customer what you pay for!

I would give this location zero stars if that were an option. I had a very disappointing experience here today. They were out of basic ingredients like black beans and queso, which is unacceptable for a place like this. On top of that, the corn they served looked old and discolored, making it completely unappetizing. When I asked about the missing items, I was told there were issues with their cook, which didn’t inspire much confidence.
Even more concerning were the hygiene issues. I found a hair in my food, which is completely unacceptable. Additionally, the employee preparing the food had a full beard and was not wearing a beard guard, which raised serious cleanliness concerns.
Ultimately, my bowl was so unappealing that I ended up throwing it away, resulting in a total waste of money. This was a very frustrating experience, and I will not be returning to this location.
I had a frustrating experience at this location. There was a noticeable communication barrier during my visit, which made ordering difficult and confusing.
One employee (who mentioned she was getting off around 4) was especially rude and unhelpful. She tried to give me a burrito that was falling apart and wrapped in multiple tortillas, which clearly wasn’t made properly. When I questioned it, she ended up throwing it away and walking off, which felt very unprofessional.
After my visit, I sent a detailed email to the store manager explaining what happened, but I never received any response. That lack of follow-up made the situation even more disappointing.
Between the poor service, communication issues, and no response from management, this was not a good experience and I will never be returning here.
