    I went in Friday night, June 26 for a simple order: a burrito, two drinks, and chips & guacamole. What I received was unacceptable on every level. The burrito was barely lukewarm, as if it had been sitting around for ages. The chips were stale and old-tasting, and the guacamole was bland and sad. They couldn’t even get the drinks right—brought completely different ones. To top it all off, my drink had visible black specks in the ice that looked like mold. I immediately brought this to the manager (who I was directly speaking with), showed her the issue, and she just shrugged her shoulders and walked away without a single word of apology or any effort to fix it. No replacement, no concern—nothing. The entire order took an extra 15+ minutes longer than reasonable, and the level of indifference from staff and management was outrageous. The whole management team needs to be fired. This place is a health hazard and the health department seriously needs to do an inspection immediately. Terrible food, wrong items, disgusting hygiene issues, and zero accountability. Stay far away—do not give this place your money. One of the worst dining experiences I’ve ever had.

    This was one of the worst experiences I’ve had at Chipotle. We placed our order ahead of time, yet still waited over 15 minutes for just one burrito and chips with salsa. What’s the point of ordering ahead if the food isn’t ready? To make matters worse, the chips were stale and no longer crispy. When I mentioned it, the employee told us they had made a big batch and had already sold out for the night—even though it was only 8:45 PM. That explanation didn’t make the stale chips any better. The customer service was poor, and there was very little urgency or concern about the long wait. The most disturbing part of our visit was noticing what appeared to be MOLD in the ice. That’s a serious health and sanitation concern that should never happen. Calling Health department on that. Overall, this was a very disappointing experience. Between the excessive wait, stale food, poor customer service, and the apparent sanitation issue, I won’t be returning to this location unless major improvements are made.

    Ordered online and picked up in drive through. We ordered brown rice on all of our items, but received white. The rice was either undercooked or old as it was literally crunchy. Beans were wrong on the burrito and salsa was not included although it was ordered. The chicken was burnt and tough, and overall lacking. While seeing the drive through prep area through the window it was clear why things were wrong. Looked chaotic, extremely messy and poorly maintained for a kitchen space. Wont return!

    Ordered from this location through DoorDash. The chicken was burnt and hard and the chips were stale. What a disgrace for anyone to see that meat and send it out the door. Never again from this location.
