First, I know the customer she gave my food to is going to be PISSED because I ordered a vegetarian bowl & I know many people come there for a bowl with meat in it. Secondly, fix your nasty attitude. Nobody forced you to work there. Idk what the issue is or what you have going on, but that isn’t other peoples problems. Other people have their own lives with issues going on. But shout out to the boy that made my bowl twice. You always have such an upbeat and professional demeanor. That cashier can learn some respect and customer service skills. This isn’t the first time she had a nasty attitude. You don’t like your life, ONLY YOU CAN CHANGE IT. It’s not the responsibility of others.

I nicely asked for extra lettuce on burrito that had NO RICE OR BEANS just meat and two other toppings. The older woman ignored me, then when I repeated myself they got an attitude. Started back talking me in their own language. Clean up your staff or your ratings will get worse. Im not surprised seeing this location currently has 2 stars.
- BKBrittany KanodeAug 30, 20261.0Honestly, I’m extremely disappointed with my experience. I had my engagement pictures done today and placed an order online for pickup. I was hot, tired and hungry… After picking up my order, I drove 35 minutes home only to open the bag and realize I had been given someone else’s order. What makes it even more frustrating is that the sticker on the outside of the order has my exact order printed correctly, but the items inside are completely wrong. I understand that mistakes happen. What I don’t understand is how a customer is supposed to get a mistake corrected when you cannot get a single person on the phone. I tried calling to see about getting my money back or having the issue fixed, but instead I was sent through endless automated prompts and loops, followed by waiting with no actual help. Mistakes are understandable. Having no reasonable way to reach someone to correct the mistake is unacceptable…. especially after I already drove 35 minutes home and would now have to make another trip or not eat at all because of an error that wasn’t mine. Unfortunately, after this experience, I won’t be returning. Please see the attached photo for reference showing that the label on the order is correct, while the contents are not.
