Missing or wrong items They park you and then bring you the wrong food. I have been parked and had them bring me the wrong food twice and had to walk up to the window to get it right.

- AAAlfieSep 17, 20261.0This has to be one of the worst Chick-fil-A locations I’ve been to. I usually come to this location, but I’ve had way too many bad experiences here. The first time, they gave me cold fries, and I’ve also noticed the staff showing what feels like microaggressions toward people of color, especially Black customers. It also feels like they pick and choose who gets fresh food and who gets food that's been sitting out or isn’t up to standard. The manager also comes across as very condescending. Today, my chicken nuggets were unusually oversized and looked like they had dirt on them. The Chick-fil-A sauce also tasted kind of funny. I’ve never had these problems at other Chick-fil-A locations, so I really don’t understand what’s going on at this one. The customer service and food quality at this location have been really disappointing. It honestly feels like certain customers are treated differently, and I hope management actually takes these concerns seriously.
- RMRK MLBSep 9, 20262.0Today 9/9/26 the staff at 5 pm was the worst, I’m a regular customer but today the wait was over 20 minutes and the line wasn’t even moving, they weren’t that busy either, when I got to the window I knew the reason; the new staff was awful, very slow confused and not respectful like they usually are, also the food was cold and the order was missing the ice cream that I ordered, very disappointed I didn’t go back to get it because I was already late for my kids game. This store has been good in the past and I hope that it stays this way, if you want to hire new employees make sure to pick a respectful and qualified ones or else you will lose business.
- ESElijah SmithSep 3, 20261.0This location needs new management asap. Apparently they got new software that nobody was trained on which led to a 15 minute stand still in the driveway through. The time is not the issue, things happen. The problem is the passive aggressiveness when they got the order wrong multiple times. On top of them getting it wrong we communicated there was a gluten allergy due to celiac disease and items needed to be packaged separately and a glove change. They did redo the nuggets but simply transferred the same fries. Our visit ended with an eye roll and an aggressive “my pleasure”. Didn’t sound like it was his pleasure… lots of immaturity that I would say stems from lack of management and direction.
