  Had to delete a former raving review and replace it with this one after my experience tonight. I put in a decent-sized order (20 wings/large fry/10-piece corn), admittedly close to closing because I mistakenly thought they were open later. That’s no excuse to send me darn near naked wings, almost completely unseasoned (see pics). It’s so bad that I almost couldn’t tell the difference between the hot honey rub and lemon peppers. On top of that, my BBQ wings were half sauced and barely tossed. If you’re open, you’re open, there’s no reason to perform below company standards. I’m almost certain it was done on purpose because pretty much every other time I’ve ordered from the here the food has been decent. 70% of my meal is poorly executed and I’m completely disappointed. Considering never ordering from here again. If I knew the customer service number, I would call and demand a refund.

  These guys are terrible. I placed my order online, expecting it to be ready in 24 minutes. I arrived at the store in 30 minutes, but the order wasn’t ready. I had to wait for about 10 minutes. To make matters worse, the order was incomplete. When we called the store, they instructed us to return and pick up the pending items. However, when we opened the bags, half of the pending items were not the correct ones.

  The food is always hot and good! The customer service is always helpful and has the ability to answer any questions.

  Today (June 16, 2026 around 7 PM), I had a really disappointing experience here. One of the cashiers (blue bandanna, blonde hair, neck tattoo, green shirt) had a very negative attitude from the moment I walked in, even though I was being polite and friendly. While I was ordering, she was making faces, sighing, and didn’t even let me finish speaking before interrupting me with questions and then continued to charge me for a 32 ounce drink which I didn’t ask for, nor was I made aware of. It made the whole interaction uncomfortable and honestly ruined the experience. I do want to say that the rest of the staff were kind and welcoming, especially the employee with the maroon shirt and braids. But unfortunately, this one interaction stood out for all the wrong reasons. I hope management addresses this, because customer service like that really affects the environment. If you go and encounter this employee, just be aware and don’t order if she’s there because that bad energy is definitely not needed.
