  The drive thru staff can be rude and extremely slow providing service. I once ordered the $7 "big deal" bag and when I asked for a bit more than the literal drop of hot fudge on my sundae ice cream, was told it was only a $7 vag and what did I expect?! Wow; I was speechless.

  Come here often for work lunches my order is typically always right they even remember my sauces. We especially enjoy Isiah and his customer service and happy demeanor.

  Just passing through and stopped to this Sonic. The first thing that stood out to me was the quickness of service. There were about 5 vehicles on location when I pulled up. I placed 5 separate orders for my vehicle and when they showed up, I was sure they came to the wrong vehicle, but no, I was our order. The bathrooms accessible from the outside of the building and you have to ask staff to unlock. What I was not expecting the exterior bathroom to be so clean and not "beat up" looking.

  This one’s always one of my favorite sonics to stop at in the Richmond area. Thank you for generally always having good team members working there
