  A simple order was messed up THREE TIMES. All we ordered was a number 1 and a mango refresher with sparkling water. We asked for the burger with everything on it. What’s hard about “EVERYTHING ON IT”? KETCHUP, MUSTARD, MAYO, PICKLES, ONIONS, LETTUCE, TOMATO, CHEESE, PATTIES, BUNS. I had to come to the DOOR just to get my order made right! Then they want to act annoyed as if my husband didn’t say “EVERYTHING ON IT” the FIRST TIME! When we got our change, we let the employee know we asked for a burger with everything on it. Came back with just lettuce and tomato. My husband is no coward with a soft voice! He’s clear when he speaks! He’s a veteran!!! You heard him! I had to get out of the car just to knock on the window and ask for a burger with EVERYTHING ON IT! Dont ever act like I’m inconveniencing you people when our patronage PAYS you! Get a better job if you hate it or stay on point until you can do better if you ever can!!! We almost asked for our refund. The REFRESHER did not taste sweet at all and had no ice in it when I asked for lite ice! I get that you hate your job, BUT WE PAID FOR OUR FOOD TO BE MADE CORRECTLY! NEVER AGAIN!!!

  Unfortunately, the refreshers were very bland and lacked flavor, which was disappointing. Overall, the experience was frustrating and did not meet expectations. I'm not sure what was going on during my visit, but the employee at the drive-thru window seemed confused by my order. I only ordered two combo meals and substituted the regular drinks with refreshers. Another employee eventually had to take over on the speaker because the first employee couldn't understand what I was asking for. Once the second employee stepped in, they quickly repeated my order back correctly.

  Do not go to this location at night. Your burgers will NOT be fixed properly and most definitely won't be presentable. We gave it another chance last night I wish I had taken pictures but was so mad I forgot. I honestly have seen better dog food. This has happened so many times now. It's not bad during day. We're never ever going at night again. I refuse to waste anymore money.
