  Beware of this Pizza Hut location. I usually order pizza from this location almost every weekend, but my experience on May 16th completely ruined my trust. I ordered two large pizzas and received two medium pizzas instead. When I called to inform them of the mistake, I was told the manager was unavailable. I asked for a callback, but the employee told me the manager "may or may not" call me because they were really busy. After waiting an hour with no response, I called back myself, only to be told again that the manager could not come to the phone. When the manager finally called later that night, I explained the situation. Instead of offering a solution, his immediate response was: "Ok, so what do you expect to get out of this situation?" I found that statement, along with his overall demeanor and defensive attitude, to be incredibly unprofessional and rude. The conversation quickly went downhill. He didn't even bother to apologize until I explicitly brought it to his attention. Only after being called out did he finally offer an apology. He offered to give me a credit for my order and I accepted it, but I am very disappointed in how the situation was handled. In reflecting back on all of the orders I have placed with this location for large pizzas, I can't be confident that this was the first time I was given medium pizzas instead. The kids usually just start eating right away, but this time I noticed the pizzas were significantly smaller than the boxes they were in. I know mistakes can happen, but a loyal customer should never be treated like an inconvenience when a business makes an error. Take my advice, and take your money and business elsewhere.

  Delivery order. The pizza I ordered was excellent. The ingredients were fresh and the pizza was hot when it go to my house. I also ordered dessert and it was fresh and hot. Very nice and courteous delivery person. I highly recommend this Pizza Hut.

  Hot and fresh, easy to order online and pick up. Closes at 8, so prepare to wait in line if you order last minute.

  We have consistently ordered and received pizzas from this location for the last 9 years and we are never disappointed. Out of all the pizza franchises, Pizza Hut has remained our favorite place to order from. Great food, great pricing, great delivery service!

  Horrible customer service and the worker was extremely rude. I said excuse me, I have a mobile order. The worker said I am busy wait in a rude manner. I said what is your name and he said you don’t need to know my name. He also said I don’t care who you call. I WILL NEVER ORDER FROM THIS PLACE AGAIN. If you want polite and kind service don’t order from this location.
