I encountered the worst patron experience with a man that wouldn’t provide his name, said he was manager and would not give me a refund. First and foremost, when he came up to the counter, he had sauce and cheese on his fingers. No gloves. Making food barehanded. I should’ve left but I wanted to indulge for the day. I paid and checked my order of cheese sticks and they were missing a seasoning on top. I got his attention to ask for the seasoning and he told me, “I’m sorry you cannot see it but the seasoning is on there.” Belittling my intelligence and frankly rude. I did not yell, I just explained the seasoning was made of Parmesan and parsley and there is nothing green on the cheese sticks and he repeated his previous rude comment. I said ok, well I would like a refund because I cannot have my food the way it is supposed to come and he told me he can’t give me a refund. Insanity. I asked for the manager and he said he was the manager. I asked for his name and he said I do not need to give you my name. Like I said, the worst encounter as a patron. Never again. Thomas Loving and Patrick Murphy need to address this concern and put different people in their store.

I go to this location for DoorDash a lot and every time I go they are so pleasant and friendly. I really appreciate that. Customer service goes a long way. But on this particular day, I decided to order a personal pan pizza. Still the same atmosphere very joyful and accommodating thank you ladies for doing such a great job.

Terrible guy working at the store. Looks like he’s forced to do this job. Just started yelling just because i was tryna figure out why they didn’t receive my order.

I attempted to order take out over the phone from this location. Went thru the process and everything. Went to pick it up and no one even put the order in! No pizza ready or anything. What a stupid waste of time! I’m never ordering from here again!

This is some of the best pizza from a fast food pizza place that I've ever had. I just moved into the area from Philly, and being a bit of a pizza snob, I had to try all the places. Honestly, I usully try to avoid chains like this because the smaller home town places usually have the better pizza. But not this place. This Pizza Hut is a true diamond in the rough. If I want pizza on game day, this is my place. GO BIRDS!
