  Both items I ordered was sooooo oily! Never again. But the delivery came super fast which I will give 5 stars.

  Bad service, they didn’t send me my wings and when I called they just wasted my time saying they don’t deliver to my address which is a lie because I called from the same number I ordered from

  Just had the WORST customer experience ever from the so called manager of this location. On my initial call, she was rather rude and had a difficult time understanding my order but I just let it go. She told me that my pizza would be to me in 30-40 min. After an hour, I call and she tells me there was an accident and that the pizza is on the way. I simply ask for some sort of credit since i have been waiting 2 times as long for the pizza and have children who were now up past there bedtime because the pizza was no there yet. Instead of trying to resolve my issue using good old fashion customer services and offer a free drink or pizza next time, she decided to be even more rude and repeats "the pizza is on the way and ask what do you want me to do?" When i asked for her name, she refused to give her name and asked "why did i need it." I used to really like Papa johns and their service, but this one experience has just severed my relationship with them as a faithful customer. POOR customer service by the "manager" at the Chester Rd, VA location on 5/14/18.
