  if I could leave, no stars, I would I have been coming to the Food Lion for years with no issues. The past two weeks for some reason have been crazy. I’m not sure if it’s the staff that is currently working there or management, but something needs to be done. I have never bought Molds food off the shelves until last week. This week, I decided to place a Food Lion pick up Order since I’m running short on time before work. Mind you I work 12 hour shifts overnight at the hospital. I got to Food Lion at 4:30 and called and let them know I was here for my pick up. (The togo specialist was at another car delivering an order so I figured he would be with me next)They told me they would be out shortly. I waited 20 minutes and called at 4:50 where they said the same thing they would be out shortly. 5 o’clock rolls around I’m starting to get impatient so I go inside to Get my order And talk to a manager. I was informed there was a manager there today. He just wasn’t at the store at the moment. I also was informed there was only one worker On Food Lion to go. The same worker that seen me parked in spot four waiting for my order. Overall this could have all been avoided If management was at the store And if the staff did their job correctly. I wouldn’t have to go inside and bring my own to go out and put it in the car. The whole point of foodlion togo right? They shouldnt have this option since they obviously cant do it right. Resulting in more issues then resolution.

  I was in a rush, headed to Water Country and needed sunscreen. The manager was putting up stock and directed me to two locations and I picked up more things on the way. That was on sale like sushi and chicken tenders to snack on 🙂. Everyone was polite and helpful!

  A woman I haven't seen there before waited on me today. Miss Bisma is an absolute ray of sunshine! She is so warm and kind! I had to fight tears in the parking lot because she truly touched my heart in the 2 minutes I was blessed with.
