  ❤️❤️❤️ Alecia the server and trainer of the new staff at this location is the sweetest, kindest representative of the Buffalo Wild Wings chain I have ever met. She took the time on her break to go inside and get a homeless man who was in trouble $2, and it absolutely made his day. He's going around the whole town telling everyone what she did for him. My wife and I are going to plan an upcoming event at this location to say thank you to Alecia, Claude and the Buffalo Wild Wings team. ❤️❤️❤️

  Went to my B dubs-and the experience fell short. Wings were overcooked and fried too hard, and the order came out incorrect. Service didn’t help—our server never came back to check on us, so fixing anything wasn’t even an option. On top of that, the military discount signage was misleading; it’s only offered on Mondays, which should be clearly labeled as “Military Mondays.” Overall, the experience was frustrating enough that I didn’t even want to deal with trying to get it corrected. Definitely needs improvement in both service and communication.

  I don’t eat wings often, but I was craving that wing vibe and left completely disappointed. I ordered ahead, walked in, and wasn’t greeted for nearly 10 minutes. There wasn’t even anyone at the counter. When I finally made eye contact with someone in the back, they still made no effort to help. After waiting even longer, I finally got my food only to realize one of my sauces was missing. I went back in to grab it, thinking that would be the end of it. Unfortunately, it wasn’t. When I got to where I was eating, the wings were so shriveled, hard, and overcooked they were basically inedible. They were literally breaking apart when I tried to eat them, and I ended up throwing the whole thing away. $20 straight in the trash. What makes it worse is this isn’t my first bad experience. I also ordered through DoorDash recently 10 wings with sauce on the side and didn’t receive the sauce at all. Those wings were just as hard and barely edible.I tried to give this place another chance, thinking the first time was a fluke, but clearly it wasn’t. I won’t be returning.

  Terrible customer service, the waitresses are pedantic and make you wait more than 40 minutes and no one attends you

  5 tables in the restaurant and didnt see a server for almost 10 minutes no greet no drinks nothing at all got up a left
