The staff was extremely friendly and welcoming from the moment I walked in, and everything moved quickly without feeling rushed. One thing that stood out was how well the team worked together—you could tell the staff genuinely got along, which made the atmosphere even more enjoyable. The food was amazing, fresh, and exactly what I was hoping for. On top of that, the restaurant was very clean and well-kept. Overall, a smooth, pleasant experience with great service and even better food. I’ll definitely be coming back! Update. I am very disappointed with the professionalism at this Wingstop location. Associates were sitting on the counters, no one appeared to be in uniform, and I did not see any gloves being worn while handling food. When I walked in and greeted the associate, she immediately responded with, “Picking up or placing?” while still sitting down with her back facing me. I normally visit this location 4–5 times a week because Wingstop has been one of my favorite pregnancy cravings, but after this experience, I genuinely do not plan on returning. Customer service, cleanliness, and professionalism should be taken much more seriously.
