    We love tropical smoothie! This location in chesapeake near battlefield by sams club has been one of the worst locations ever. Had I not of had an order from others that my husband works with I would ha e left. The trash inside the store on the floor, tables, and restroom were unacceptable. They lady who took our order was not even wearing the TS uniform.... had a hoodie and slippers on. One girl making food had a tanktop and shower cap on which neither are part of the uniform. The lady who took our order said what you want when I walked up. I told her I had multiple orders and it would be to go and she said I don't need to know all that. (I had 6 smoothies and 4 wraps) The smoothies only took about 5 minutes to makes and were not even filled all the way. Most of the time the smoothie touches the lid but not these. All 4 wraps were made wrong.... 2 buffalo chicken were supposed to be no lettuce on either of them and both had a ton of lettuce and hardly any chicken. The other 2 were Baja chicken one was supposed to be no beans and no lettuce and the other was supposed be no lettuce no onions. Both had zero avocado, tons of rice and beans, tons of lettuce, and only a few chunks of chicken. So little chicken that one on the Baja chicken only had 3 pieces on chicken on one half and zero chicken on the other half. Being these were to go and for my husband's coworkers I did not get to open each wrap and check them for accuracy nor did I get to complain. But we have family who have work in food service so we have heard stories about what happens when you send food back or complain it about so we never send food back or ask for a remake. Next time I will not offer to pick up for a bunch of people or better yet I just won't be going back to that location. TS is expensive for what you get so please serve better food that is made as ordered, clean the store, and enforce a dress code.

    Ordered 2 tropical sunrise smoothies 1 with yogurt, was not told which is which and none of them tasted like they had yogurt , when asked the employee responded with already an altered voice inflection and said “you said it doesn’t taste like yogurt “ I just left because he was aggressive. Really bad experience.

    The credit card machine prompted for a tip, and it would not allow me to skip, I put in no tip and my receipt was charged 1.22 for a tip I didn't authorize. I don't appreciate being forced to tip people who are being paid to do their job, they don't earn server wages, and the machine wouldn't let me chose no tip. I feel like you've stolen from me. I won't be back.

    On 5/18, I accidentally placed an order at the wrong Tropical Smoothie Sam’s Circle location and immediately called to cancel it. I was told a refund could not be processed because the owner had the laptop and was not always in the store. Over the next two weeks, I called every 2–3 days seeking a resolution and received no response or follow-up. By 6/1, after still not receiving my refund, I requested that the order simply be fulfilled instead. Even then, I received pushback and spent approximately 30 minutes on hold and in discussions before the order was finally processed. To make matters worse, the order was still prepared incorrectly. The lack of customer service, communication, accountability, and timely resolution was extremely disappointing. A simple cancellation and refund turned into a two-week ordeal, and the final order was still inaccurate.

    I come here because it’s close to my house on my way to work. They have the worst attitudes the worst service and they are the most discombobulated bunch of people I’ve ever seen. They make your online order they put half of it on the online pickup shelf and the other half the DoorDash/uber eats pickup shelf and it’s up to you to figure out where your order is. While they stand around looking annoyed while I wait on food that I paid for it crazy.
