  Normally not very many issues with this location. They typically are pretty good. The shell of the mini taco salad tasted like chemicals this time! It was highly concerning, 100% not edible. I contacted them to give them a heads up and advised them to not serve the item because I firmly believe they could make someone sick. Do not order that item for now! I'm not sure what the cause is but this is beyond not enjoying the item. Customers that order this could be at risk.

  There's definitely a first for everything! I received a hand written note with my online order. I can tell that the food was made with love! Taco Bell, please give Janet a raise right now!! She's a keeper!!

  Store is dirty and employees were outside smoking weed by the front door. Don't get me wrong I smoke but that is very unprofessional. I won't be returning to this location

  I have been to this store several times - mainly because it is the least expensive food that I can afford. For YEARS - not days or weeks - but for more that 2 years this store has refused to replace the drink machine. I have seen contractors working on it several times. It never works right - everything comes out flat with no carbonation IF it is working at all. They actually removed carbonated drinks from the app for that location so people cold not order them. It is obvious that the owner is cheap and refuses to provide a quality product for paying customers. It does require years to got self serve soda fountain fro your customers. Food is inconsistently prepared. Sometimes you get the right portions and sometimes you get less - depending on who is working that day. Better management is needed. With the millions of dollars that Taco Bell makes on Americans, this is unacceptable and should be called out every time.

  The customer service and attitude of the whole staff is atrocious. Attention to detail and making the orders correct just doesn’t happen. While I have been sitting here mine and a couple other dine in, Togo and drive thru have been wrong. The employees just don’t care. I understand it’s Taco Bell but this is horrible.
