  My partner and I ordered food through the app for delivery, took over an hour to arrive. Something was missing. I modified my order (AND IT COSTS EXTRA) and my food was sad as all hellll. Stale fiesta chips, sauceless, old rice.. like dude . Idk man. Ik yall do the best you can but sheeeeesh. Make the food how you would like to eat it? 🤷🏻‍♀️ Zero stars if I could.

  Lydia was the name she gave but all I know is none of them had name tags, their ice machine was out and they kept implying I should have ice at home or get some. the window cashier and the manager. And tried to up charge me on a icey drink saying it’s the only cold drink they have right now and I’d need to pay more. My food was made right for the most part but all the shells were old and hard especially the chalupa. The manager got ridiculously rude with me telling me “to bad, if I don’t like it. And that her machine in the lobby was working before( it’s not now) she knew I just wanted a cold beverage with my warm meal but held out on the icy because it cost more (what a silly move she would rather I threw out several drinks because she said the machine in the lobby was working)

  Taco Bell has the lowest mistake average than anyone fast food, I loved the new lady (cashier), the line moved right along, thanks to the kitchen...
