  I ordered a nacho bell grande and ordered extra meat. They did the complete opposite and barely put any but I was charged. This has happened multiple times. So tired of getting home and the order is wrong.

  Every employee was on their cell phones on personal interactions. I could no longer order on app, pay, then drive up for order. I have a special needs adult, who needs time to customize. The only options to get credit points was to go into store, with my daughter to order on screens in lobby or go thru drive thru, give check in number then try to navigate menu, do custom modifications, and accomadate my daughter who is impulsive and changes her mind quickly. Hope the person running drive thru can get it right. Even going into store the order modifications were not done correctly. Better planning needs to be done.

  No star---- Do not try to go on the inside to order --- waited 5 minutes before I was even greeted -- small drive Thru/) this was what they was talking care off / I waited then walk out -- waste of time ---- No Star /// I when to Wendy's instead which share the same parking lot

  SOOO GOOD we came at 12:45 am long line but they busted thru it fastttt food was perfect im eating it rn this is genuinely the best crunchwrap i have EVER had thank you guys 4/4/2026 1AM
