    They let me wait 15 minutes with 3 little kids at the counter only to let me know that it would be another 20 minutes until they would even be able to take my order??

    Worst experience I have ever had. I placed an online order for one sub, and when I arrived, the staff told me someone had already picked it up. I explained that it was not me and showed them my receipt and order confirmation, but they still refused to make me another one. So now I paid for a sub that I never received. I will be reaching out to Subway to get my money back, but this was extremely frustrating. They either need a better system to make sure people do not take someone else’s order, or if they make a mistake and give it to the wrong person, they need to remake the order. I ended up with no food, and my entire lunch break was wasted.

    This used to be an awesome subway! We went today and it took 30 minutes for us to get our sandwiches, after we were already late from going to the wrong store. Our sandwiches were left out while other people were taken care of before us. The double meat sandwich had only regular meat. The Philly sandwich had the most pathetic amount of meat and cheese I’ve ever seen. We will never be returning to that subway even though it was our normal for a while.
