    I ordered a sandwich through the subway app on 5/4/26. The app asked me for my location and it said the closest subway was 201 Hill Crest Parkway. I called 5 minutes later after I placed my order when I realized that the store was 15 minutes away from me and there was another one 5 minutes away. I called and I let the lady who works there know that I wanted to cancel my order. She immediately became defensive and rude saying that my order was ready for pick up. I told her just made it and the app says it’s not been processed yet. She then rectified and said the order was not ready yet. I asked for a refund and she said she would let the manager know. I called an hour later just to make sure my order had been canceled and she became extremely rude to me saying that she had already told me the manager would take care of it. She didn’t ask me for my name, my order number nothing I had to give it to her. I was left without lunch and without my money. The store never gave me a refund for an order that was never made. THEY STOLE my money and made me feel like it was my problem. I AM NEVER ORDERING NOTHING FROM SUBWAY EVER AGAIN and specially FROM THIS SPECIFIC STORE. They are horrible.

    Terrible! She wasn’t nice and didn’t give me Barely any toppings and made me pick and choose 2 toppings. Was so rude will not go back

    The guy working here was SO PATIENT with my grandmother and I. I have hearing loss, so he had to repeat things a few times, and despite dealing with my grandma being a bit extra and me having to ask him to repeat things (he wasn't quiet. I really just cant hear, lol) he remained patient as can be. I really, really appreciate his level of customer service today. :)
