  Poor service!!!!!!!!! I just left this place not even 5 minutes ago and whoever is working at 8:25am on Saturday July 18th 2026 just told me they are not selling Ice and won’t be SELLING any for a whole week! I buy ice from this place all the time and have never received this type of service. Lady on the speaker didn’t even bother to explain why they weren’t selling ice. It gives its early in the morning and we don’t want to do anything! Won’t be coming back to this ratchet establishment! People need to do better with the folks they decide to employ. Bad business all the way around!

  Placed an order today, pretty simple order for 2 people. Ordered a Footlong coney combo with zero sugar sprite & 2 ultimate meat burrito and fanta. My order was add mustard and no onion on hotdog but got home and there was no mustard and they added onions. Her Ultimate burrito was just sausage burrito and the tortillas werent even cooked, we ended up giving the tortillas to the dog. When they handed me the order I said I got the Fanta but where is the Sprite? They said I didn't order one. I said yes I did I ordered a regular the saw you had zero sugar and changed it to that. I had a whole convo with the guy on the mic. Girl at window was like I didn't take your order though. Absolutely subpar. The one in chesapeake square closed permanently and this one ain't much better. Fast Food isn't complicated

  Seeing all the other reviews, I have to elaborate. Last year I had a bad experience here, but since then, the food and especially the service has been stellar! Other locations we'd wait 45 minutes for food placed through the app - at this location, I've never waited more than 5 minutes. The workers are always kind and friendly and I'm very grateful for the service we receive here. Thanks so much!

  App said that my did was ready at 3:50, I thought it world be delivered to my truck. I thought they were running behind. At 4:10 I had to go in and get it, MY FOOD WAS COLD. This has happened 3 times at this location!! They don't have to worry I WILL NOT BE BACK!
