  First review ever. Wasted 40 min on drive through. I didn’t get my food. “Call back tomorrow for refund” was the answer staff gave me. 🤢

  Absolutely awful. From an over 30 minute wait past when the order said it would be done to half the order being wrong. Asking for something as simple as "no tomato" is ignored, over and over again. Milkshakes and slushes are always melted.Don't even get me started on missing items. It's never one item, or one experience. The expectation going to sonic at this point is getting messed up food, melted drinks, and the occasional hair.

  It is August 18th at 11:28 a.m. I stopped here to grab something to eat and the staff is very rude I said. Thank you to the lady that took my money and gave me the food three times and she never acknowledged me. I'm pretty sure she did not approve of the color of my skin..

  they need to be more mindful..pay attention to the order when it says no onions pickles or tomatoes then that is what the request should be
