  I made the mistake of trusting them to get an order correct and pulled off before checking. I get down the road to take a bite only to figure out that it's completely wrong. Thank God I wasn't allergic to what they actually gave me.

  The black man was very professional, that bigger white girl was rude and didnt communicate to her team at all!!!!!

  This place is SEVERELY understaffed, but the young people working in here are absolute HUSTLERS. Even on nights where it’s just 2 of them in the store, my lemonades are on point and so are my cheeseburgers. @Sonic Management-yall need to find out WHY this crew is consistently understaffed, because they need help!

  Wow, sonic should shut this location down. That bad. 6/6 update - first impression - pulled into drive through and was informed we could not order more than one meal per vehicle. First Sonic (or any drive through) we've ever seen that policy, and would have been nice to post a sign somewhere if this is the case. Second issue - the drive in ordering was crazy. Took 3-4 attempts to get food ordered, and we actually had to order twice as the young lady checked us out before I could get the family ordered. Me, wife, 16yo daughter and her 17yo friend. Shouldn't be that hard to order burgers, hot dogs, corn dogs, fries and a few drinks. Also, a bunch of riff raff or homeless were hanging out a the tables. Definitely not customers - no food present and not families. Not sure how to enforce that, but doesn't give Sonic the impression it deserves. All this on a Sunday evening btw. GOOD - the manager on duty was very nice and explained ownership policy on the drive through. Very easy to deal with and corrected a mistake/misorder on one dog. - Thank you ownership for writing back. Happy to provide more details by email or phone if desired.
