- JRJodi R.Sep 11, 20262.0This place has gone downhill. Food was always good. Fries cooked perfectly. It had been about 1.5 years since I've been, and I went the other day at around 1pm. It was not busy. I was the only person in there. Almost every single table was dirty! Floor was dirty, seats were dirty, and bathroom needed to be tended to. The meat was very salty (and I like salt). I had the gluten free bun, which was just ok. It was very thick. The top of the bun must have been almost 2 inches thick, so I peeled most of that off. I would recommend doing lettuce wrapped instead..IF you dont like a lot of bread. I always used to get the smash fries, which are the rosemary fries. They used to be great, crispy and dry....this time they were WET looking from so much grease and the rosemary was not dry..it was kinda soggy, from the grease. Just not the way it used to be! When I finished and got up to leave...3 employees were sitting in the dinning area, 2 talking to each other and one on their phone. One of them directed me where to put my siver tray thing..I had to cram it under the cup holder by the soda machine...I say cram because it was so full of empty dirty trays! Not saying they shouldn't have breaks...but they should have been tending to the restaurant even way before their breaks! I won't be going back
