- ARAddie RobbAug 2, 20262.0Unfortunately our first experience here wasn’t great. Between the food, service, and overall atmosphere, there’s lots of room for improvement. While waiting for our food, the female employee was talking across the restaurant to the manager (I presume) saying “Why are you staring at me? You wanna clean this mess?” I don’t know the full context, and she could have been having a bad day, but speaking that way in front of customers is unprofessional. Another thing noted was that one of the cooks (that we could see) had their long hair down in the kitchen. As soon as the manager came to the register, they immediately put their hair up. The dining area also needed attention. Many tables still had trash and dirty dishes left from previous customers, which meant some tables weren’t available to use. The tables were cleaned AFTER the manager showed up. There was only one group of people in the restaurant while we were there. It was not busy whatsoever. The one positive was that the manager was friendly, with the one interaction we had. The food was okay at most, but the overall experience of everything else brought everything down.

Ordered the double bacon burger, a strawberry milkshake and the regular french fries. The food took about 12 minutes to come out, and it was hot and tasty! The fries were perfectly crispy. They have a nice taste like they were fried in beef tallow. The shake was a littly runny, although I like mine that way. I liked the ice cream flavor, although I wish they used strawberry ice cream to make it instead of vanilla + strawberry syrup. And the burger was full of juicy angus beef. Probably my favorite smash burger in the area.
