  Just found this place online and went here close to closing time after a beach trip. Ordered the double bacon burger, a strawberry milkshake and the regular french fries. The food took about 12 minutes to come out, and it was hot and tasty! The fries were perfectly crispy. They have a nice taste like they were fried in beef tallow. The shake was a littly runny, although I like mine that way. I liked the ice cream flavor, although I wish they used strawberry ice cream to make it instead of vanilla + strawberry syrup. And the burger was full of juicy angus beef. Probably my favorite smash burger in the area.

  Sharing this experience because it was the absolute 💯 worst!!! I put in my order online. Waited inline to be told my food wasn't ready, the app said 6:42, I was there 6:45. At 7:10. I asked about my oder, I saw a bag on the counter when I walked in. That bag was handed to me!!! Mad is an understatement. I will be calling in to management tomorrow. Probably won't patronize this place again!!! Rating them one star is way tooo much!!

  Probably the worst service ive had in awhile. Walked in... everyone is standing around moving at a snails pace. Putting their hair up. Dragging their feet. Nobody was in line but yet nobody asked us what we wanted to order. Had to ask for someone to take our order. Lots of scoffing. Our food took A LONG time to be ready and they still got it wrong Missed a chocolate shake. More waiting. Very expensive for the long long wait and crappy service. Won't be going back here. Dont waste your money. You could have a nice steak dinner somewhere decent with good service instead for that price.

  Food was decent once we got it , long wait and my order came and we had to go to the counter ten minutes to ask about my wife’s food, again food was decent. Also the outside of the building and inside was dirty, floors were slippery. To the owner, invest in your staff some training and acknowledgement goes a long way

  I came to smash burger on my lunch break. I waited 9 minutes before someone even greeted me or acknowledged that I was standing there. There was a lady working the register and handing out meals who appeared to be in distress. Her co workers weren’t helping her. When someone from the back(Jay) finally came out to greet us and take our order I asked for a milkshake for my drink and the lady in distress said “if she had to make another milk shake she was going to loose my mind.” Then we waited about 20 minutes for our food(we were the only order placed) our food sat on the counter for 3 or so minutes before the lady in distress brought us our food. The other workers weren’t doing absolutely anything and could’ve handed us our food but did not. The lack of consideration, customer service is disappointing for the astronomically high prices and poor quality of food. My meal was a 3/10 and the milkshake carried the entire meal. So disappointing. I will not be coming back. Not to mention the lobby was filthy.
