  Was having a bad day and honestly my whole experience here was incredibly uplifting. From the ordering, engaging with service members and the pizza itself absolute 10/10 Shout out this location for some of the best service in the 757!

  I was very pleased with my big pizza order! We ordered 7 large pizzas and I asked for extra sauce for all of them.. I prepared myself to not get what I asked for as I have ran into that issue at other places BUT they did indeed give me extra sauce! Literally was the best!

  Others say that the new management has been a huge change for the store. That is not what I experienced today with an online order. Placed an online carryout order on a Friday evening and the website said 35 minutes. That seemed reasonable for a Friday evening. Got to the store exactly at the 35 minute mark and was told they are "a bit behind" and it would be another 20 minutes. At the 20 minute mark, went inside because the order tracker said the pizzas were ready. When I got inside, I was told they were still in the oven and it was another 40 minutes after that. We'll over an hour and a half for the three pizzas. Their entire waiting area was packed with people in the exact same position as well as people waiting outside the store as well. Employees were mis-representing the status of peoples orders and were not apologetic for the enormous delay (despite every customer being more than patient with the situation). When you are that backed up, management needs to make a responsible decision to stop accepting orders for the evening until you can get things under control. Go ahead and go to the Cedar Rd location.
