- TNTy N4 days ago1.0Placed an order, got to the store and the guy employee said he canceled my order because his deep fryer was not working all with without notice and would not offer an alternative. Has rude and said I don't want to place another order, I need to leave so he can close.
- BBBria Bingham4 days ago1.0Spent $31 at Pizza Hut for 3 personal pan pizzas and an 8-count wing order just to receive 7 wings. I literally watched an employee drop one of my wings while packaging the food, and instead of replacing it, he still sealed the container and handed it to me short. That showed a real lack of integrity and customer care. Mistakes happen, but knowingly giving a customer less than what they paid for is unacceptable.

I actually drive out of my way to come to this location, even though the Cedar Road location is only two minutes from my house. The difference in crust quality and overall pizza quality is night and day. Keep up the great work!

He offered me a DoorDash pizza bag which I am very appreciative of his attitude and demeanor are kind and very polite. I 100% will be more than happy to come back here anytime and look forward to ordering from this location in the future myself Alex keep the good work truly, you are a one in 1 million manager I would be honored to work under someone like you.
