- MMMartika MangumOct 4, 20265.0We order food online and got the wrong order. When we took it back to the store, Laprece was very professional and nice. She apologized for us getting the wrong order and made sure our food was a priority. She even upgraded our pizza to a large for our troubles. If she’s not a manager, she should be promoted to one for how she handled that!
- MMMax MoralesOct 3, 20261.0Yeah this specific pizza hut is terrible. The hours are incorrect, the workers are rude and will roll their eyes at you. I like the food but I'm never going to this specific Pizza Hut at all. I
- LLlisaOct 3, 20263.0This order today was a make over from my last visit last Saturday. The makeover was just as the original order. The pizza was dry. I ordered extra sauce on my pizza the first time and I told the young lady on the phone when I called the store for my makeover request. I also told the young lady who cashed me out in the store it didn't look like extra sauce was on my pizza's. I also told her y'all are busy because customers were waiting for their orders. I did not have time to wait for them to make my pizzas over while I was in the store. And I was right these pizzas did not have extra sauce. If you making a redo on a customers food please pay attention to make the redo the way the customer ordered it. I've been coming to this location for years and my last 2 visits have not been satisfying. I may have to find another location to go to. I'm not going to pay for food and not get what I ordered. And the thing is extra sauce is on my receipt.
- CHCorissa HollidaySep 24, 20261.0Placed a delivery order online and was unable to leave a tip. I figured fine I’ll just tip in person. Then to find out the delivery outsourced through door dash?? I called the store asking to add a tip and the girl on the phone sounded confused and said she doesn’t know how to and there’s nothing they can do. Said they only have one in house driver. If the company is outsourcing their deliveries they should say so. Also the pizza wasn’t good. We won’t be back
