However, it looks like the pizza was either dropped or was leaning sideways seeing and which resulted in all the topping sliding down to 1/2 of the pizza. When I asked Pizza Hut for a replacement, they said that due to their “limited resources” they were unable to fulfill a replacement order at this time. I ultimately got a coupon code for a free large pizza to use in the future however, this doesn’t fix the crappy pizza that I have now.

It was just a brief interaction, but I can tell she cares about being helpful and courteous to customers. I feel like it’s much more common to run into people in that position that don’t really seem to care about their job and are almost resentful towards customers, but Robin gave none of that off. I truly appreciate it, and I wish there were more like her in the service industry.
