  One of the worst deliveries of food ever don’t waste your money food was awful. Hard crust burnt cheese just nasty never again

  Placed an order using the app. One of the pizzas was ordered with GREEN olives. When the food was delivered, it was all over cooked and the pizza with the olives had BLACK olives instead of GREEN. We called to inform the store of the mistake and were put on hold for 10 minutes before hanging up and calling back. At this point the manager began to make every excuse imaginable and said they don't even have GREEN olives at that store. Nobody bothered to call to clarify the order, they simply substituted what they wanted. So once the manager got done trying to avoid blame, they offered to make a new pizza and send it out. No rush of any kind. It actually took as long (of not longer) to get one pizza as it did to get the original order of multiple pizzas. The icing on the cake was the delivery driver who called to say he was outside instead of coming to my door. He didn't even get out of the car. On the bright side, the replacement pizza was cooked ok.

  My last 2 experiences at the Pizza Hut on 211 Providence Road in Chesapeake VA was the worst ever. I tried to call my order in each visit but was put on hold and y the time I got up to the store...while still on HOLD, I walk up a d see the manager was standing behind the counter talk, there was no one customers in the store and when I entered I was still on hold. He was just standing behind the counter looking out the window. So I asked him why was I still on hold when it was clear he wasn't working. He shot me a nasty remark and walked to the back. Not even apologizing or taking my order. So I got the number for District and Regional offices the wall. As I walked out two different customers was in one behind another. I stood outside watching as he immediately took their order. So I got in my car and went to Dominoes Pizza. Dimnoes TWO...Pizza Hut -ZERO. I'm done with Pizza Hut unless the replace him.
