- DKDanielle KistlerSep 23, 20265.0I had such a wonderful experience with Jocelyn! She was incredibly friendly, professional, and genuinely pleasant from the moment she arrived. She went above and beyond to make sure everything with my delivery went smoothly and that I was completely taken care of. I honestly can’t remember the last time I received this level of customer service from a delivery driver. Jocelyn was kind, courteous, patient, and had such a positive attitude. It’s rare to come across someone who makes such a great impression during something as simple as a delivery, but she absolutely did. Thank you, Jocelyn, for making the entire experience so easy and enjoyable. She is an absolute asset to the company and deserves recognition for the amazing customer service she provides. I would be more than happy to have her as my delivery driver again!
- SHS HageSep 14, 20261.0The pizzas were terrible not to mention they forgot our cheese sticks. Very little cheese. The edges about inch and a half of dough with no sauce no cheese. Lots of bubbles. The pizza was overcooked but it arrived lukewarm. Terrible and I am done with Papa John's
- OIOck IdkSep 5, 20261.0Stayed at the hotel directly across the street and walked over around 11 PM to order carryout. They refused to take a walk-in order, insisting that we had to order delivery to our hotel room instead—literally right in front of the store. The staff was incredibly rude and unhelpful about it. Avoid this location.
- SLStephanie LedfordJul 18, 20265.0If I could give more than five stars, I would! This Papa John’s is truly the best I’ve ever had. The pictures don’t even do the food justice. The staff were super professional and friendly, the place was spotless, and the service was lightning fast. Usually, I don’t write reviews, but this place deserves a ten-star rating.
- JTJoy ThompsonJun 4, 20261.0Placed a mobile order. Received notifications that food was ready. Walked in and was told it would be 5 minutes. Waited 3 mins in my car and an employee walked out with his coworker and gave me a thumbs up that my food was ready. Went back inside and had to wait a few mins to get my food.
