What is the point of the tracker? I get there and see my order ready but I can't get it. Young lady comes from the back says she will be right with me then starts scraping something metal for five minutes when she could have gave my food and I be on my way. So you want me to know that my food is ready but I can't have it. Cool

My boyfriend and I came in last night around 6:10. We ordered two medium and one large pizza. As my boyfriend was trying to place our order the guy at the counter who im assuming was last night's manager kept over talking the girl taking our order. Snapped at my boyfriend over the type of pizza we could get and kept saying im not giving you any specials. We spent over $60 dollars for 3 pizzas. It was ridiculous. He was extremely rude not only to us but several people after us including an elderly man who was so sweet. The entire 45 minutes we had to wait he was rude and condescending. Once home our pizzas were burnt and not cut. We have lived in this area for over 20 years and this is the worst experience we have ever had. My boyfriend called today to complain and he felt like the manger did not care and just wanted him off the phone.

I ordered a pizza online went to pick up the pizza checked it and immediately noticed a sausage on the pizza I asked about the toppings on the pizza and told it was just bacon and pepperoni (as I requested) and the sausage is only one piece that came from my second pizza which had ( sausage and pepperoni) so I just said okay I guess and brushed it off just to find out when I got home the pizza was completely wrong not only was it sausage but ham as well which I don’t eat. If the person had double checked when I said something about it being wrong when I first asked I wouldn’t have had 2 complain.

They outsource the call in service. I had 2 bad experiences. Live in Chesapeake, Va and my order went to West Virginia. The next time I ordered another pizza and I verified the location of where the pizza was going to and they verified it was Chesapeake. When I went to pick it up they said they didnt have an order for me. I went ahead and ordered a pizza and the had it ready in 15 minutes. It was one of the worst pizzas I have ever eaten. Crust was like cardboard and the toppings had no flavor. Obviously I will never order through them again.
