  I’m an Ohio transplant. Back home my favorite thing was a large thin crust tuscan six cheese pizza extra sauce square cut. My boyfriend HATED Papa Johns for the longest and I convinced him to try it again. To avoid delivery fees he offered to go pick it up. He calls me and says wasn’t one of the pizzas supposed to be square cut? Yep it sure was…. So he asks for a refund and the manager SAYS NO and offered to remake. They remade it and my boyfriend gets home and I open the box COMPLETELY DISAPPOINTED. 1, it was not thin crust. 2. The seasoning that makes it delicious was not in the box AT ALL. 3. This was a remake and so it was messed up twice. Also… the pull apart cinnamon bread might as well be burnt. It’s dry and has no icing on it. I refuse to call this store up and even complain, I will leave it here, and I will contact corporate. I’m now stuck with three large pizzas and two adults and I’m out $45 bucks on some garbage I won’t eat. How is a refund NOT ALLOWED….I PAID CASH!

  I always order from here. Delivery is fast, I love you can track from the app. They always send out surveys and you get free cheesesticks for completing-love that bc we love the chèesesticks lol. The pizza the majority time is good from here and accurate. I have ordered the knots and sometimes they are dry and not enough of the garlic/butter sauce on it but otherwise I like this papajohns. The one on battlefield is a little closer to my house but prefer this one.

  It took an hour for my food to be out for delivery. My delivery driver had one stop along the way which took 30 mins, but it was another apartment complex ON MY ROAD that is literally 3 mins away. And I was able to keep track of where they were at on the website and somehow the delivery driver was infront of my apartment building which is at the back of my apartment complex. And they sat outside for 10 mins. And then I called the store and the store manager told me my phone number wasn’t real it was fake, and they tried to call me 3 times on personal phones and on the store phones because they didn’t have a gate code. But somehow the person before me that transferred me to the store had confirmed my address and my phone number correctly? And then somehow the delivery driver was infront of my building? Which is in the very back of the complex once again. And the store manager said she couldn’t send her driver out again “because it is unsafe.” So all she could do is issue a refund. And then before she confirmed anything about the refund she was already trying to hang up the phone. So I had to stop her to make sure she was doing the refund and she said “I already did it.” This was EXTREMELY unprofessional. And I have SO many questions but the store manager already had an attitude.

  Tamara the general manager is very dismissive and rude. I can see why they do not have delivery drivers and are short staffed no one wants to work for Hilter the dictator

  Manager tamaria rude place is under staffed left me hungry canceling my order because they can’t delivery it. I have a broken foot and actually can’t get food great job way to take care of your guest…
