  I have been to this location several times and have never had my mobile order be correct. Ever. Today part of my order included a loaf of French bread. Because I’m used to the order always being wrong, when the young lady handed me my food at the drive thru, I immediately checked to make sure it was correct. It wasn’t. The loaf was missing. This was a mobile order that I had received a notification for that it was ready. She walked away and I got her attention and asked about the loaf of bread. She seemed confused, I showed her on the receipt that it had been ordered. She walked away and came back and said “oh it’s baking. It will be 6 minutes. Is that ok?” It had already been over 10 minutes that I had waited since being notified the order was ready. I told her I guess I didn’t have a choice since it was part of my order, had been paid for, and my children had planned on it being part of their lunch. I pulled forward to wait and 8 minutes later, it still wasn’t ready. As I was getting out of my car to go check, the young lady approached with the loaf. She handed it to me and said “there ya go”. I advised her it’s probably not best practices to notify a customer their order is ready for them to have to sit and wait 20 minutes for their complete order. Clearly who ever expedites mobile orders at this location needs training in accuracy before customers are notified their order is ready.

  Went here for lunch with my family. Not enough seating. It was pretty busy and we had to wait a while for a table. There was a large table in the middle with a sign saying to not sit there, but it didn’t look like anything was wrong with it. Seems like this Panera is focused more on drive thru and carry out, which is fine, but if you’re looking for a Panera to dine inside of, go to the one in the great bridge shopping center.

  It’s like they intentionally go out of their way to give you as little food as possible. I added a picture of what’s advertised versus what you actually get Lolol
