    Came to get my husband somthing to eat and sat in drive thru for over 20 minutes they are extremely slow.

    Came Thur the drive Thur waited at the speaker about five minutes no answer it was a car behind me so I pull up to the window. Order my food at the window and still wait about 10 min to get my food. Bad service

    Every time I come here I am met with the exact same issues. Great food, terrible service. There has yet to be a time where I have come here and there hasn't been something missing from our order. Sometimes the staff completely miss our meals entirely and give us the wrong thing. I get some people make mistakes but this is quite literally every single time I have ordered from here, I have missed something from the order or had to wait 20+ minutes in line like I am now as of this review. This place has service cheaper than their prices. UPDATE: So after 30 minutes I went in to ask why our order was taking so long and it turns out, after asking us to pull up to the drive through area next to the windows, they said our order was canceled! Which wasn't true at all, while waiting inside for my food I found the cause of the problem. Half the people weren't in uniform and were basically wandering around the back coming out to the customer area every now and then to wander around before going back. I heard the name "Rebecca" being called and saw her repeatedly texting and watching videos on her phone over 7 times while working and in the middle of handling customer's orders. Some other dude in a red shirt said "I'm about to be off the clock they need to hurry up and hand me my damn food." Or something similar to that, after being told to carry a box to an area near the fries to do something with it I guess it had happy meal boxes in them, he KICKED the box past customers instead of carrying it. He kicked it past customers to the area and began doing as requested. Not to mention this guy's underwear was showing very visibly to the entire 5+ people waiting for their orders inside. Not to mention they seemed to be letting a few customer friends of theirs behind the register to chat with them and get them their food before anyone else's it seems. Finally we got our food and I counted everything was here.. 50 minutes after it was ordered. In total: I appreciate all those that were actually working here, as for the rest I think just need to be fired because this is beyond incompetence, this is negligence and a refusal to do ones job in the very bare minimum capacity.

    Food absolutely sucked, it took 27 minutes for me to be served 3 burgers and 1 chicken sandwich while I was the only person in the McDonald’s and there wasn’t anyone in the drive through. All of my food was room temperature and relatively cold as if they made it then just let it sit. I witnessed them pull fresh fries from the fryer then put the old fries that were soggy and cold in my bag. On top of the horrible food, I stood at the register for ten of my 27 minutes of waiting, just so I could ask for my cup. I tried multiple times to get an employees attention just so I could sit down and enjoy my sprite while I waited for 27 DAMN MINUTES. Then there was a family who came in with atleast 7 kids and two adults, they had 4 bags worth of food. SOMEHOW THEY GOT THEIR FOOD TEN MINUTES BEFORE I DID WHILE THEY HAD ONLY BEEN IN THERE FOR 10 or so minutes. I’m sorry but first come first serve???? I ordered first and ordered less food yet I had to wait way longer?? I will say tho they accidentally gave me a large chocolate shake I didn’t order but I gave that to a homeless man after. I get that it’s McDonald’s and there isn’t much to expect from them but horrible service, but this is worse then horrible. I felt as tho the 35 dollars and 27 minutes I spent there was just to piss myself off. COMPLETE WASTE OF TIME, next time I will be going to a different McDonald’s that can at-least give me fresh food. DONT WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY AT THIS WORTHLESS DUMP. OH AND ONE MORE THING, THE BATHROOM WAS INCREDIBLY DISGUSTING.
