- WLWILLIAM LINK4 days ago1.0If I could give them 0 stars I would. I placed my order for door dash to pick up, on my end it says waiting for store to confirm so I waited 30 minutes and the store still had not confirmed. I called the store someone answered and left the phone open then hung up. Then I saw a driver was headed to the store so I figured maybe it’s a glitch in the system. I get a phone call from the driver who states that the order was canceled but stated that this McDonald’s is notorious for not putting orders through. Driver stated that the order was not showing canceled on his end and we confirmed it was also not showing canceled on ours either just waiting for the store to confirm. we called again by this point it had gotten to be 20 minutes till close and THE SAME THING HAPPENED, they answered the phone then after a few seconds hung up. So then that driver moves on and a second driver goes to get the order, texts me, and the store says the same thing to them that the order was canceled when it wasn’t (on the phone with door dash and they have confirmed order wasn’t canceled) So basically the store didn’t want to make the order and lied to the door dash driver… Why have a job if you don’t want to do it? Beyond upset with this store.

This location has always been slow (upwards of 15-20 minutes for the drive-thru), and almost always gets something wrong on an order. I ordered a Sausage McMuffin and got sausage, egg, and bacon between two obviously flattened, soggy burger buns. Very odd.
