  Most of the times this year that I have came to this location, this guy that works there, and recently today, the lady that works in the back that is over the sauces, gives me problems. They refuse to see customers as priority, and treat me like I need McDonald. When in truth, I can go elsewhere. I can ask for a sweet and sour small sauce that isn't in the bag, and is told no, that will cost you money. I have to ask for extra sauce on my Mac that I have paid extra for already to be told, no that will cost you more. I ask for napkin to go over a open ice cream, and is told no, it will be in the bag! You all are ridiculous, and should be making 7.00 an hour, and not the 12.00!! I will be going to the Wendy's down the street where I experience great customer service. I don't have any problems, because they put their customers first!!

  Yall are tripping in these reviews I visit often before my shifts and its always fresh food and clean interior.

  Ummm… this is not what I expected from a McDonald’s. Thought I’d look at the reviews during my long wait for my order. Yup, should have stopped at; Wendy’s, Chipotle, Panera Bread, Chili’s, Moe’s, or any other establishment in the area. Could have gotten a burger to go from Chili’s for the same waiting time. Took a lot longer than I wanted to get my order here. I now know to not stop here when I’m driving through Chesapeake.

  4-12-2026, 1:05pm: Terrible customer service, poor management leadership. Couldn’t pay for order at kiosk and choose to pay at counter. Waited 15 minutes before I gave up waiting for someone to approach the cash register and offer service. The customer service costed them a $65 order. Choose another McD’s if you’re looking for prompt service.
