If I could rate 0, I would. I purchased a double filet meal with no tartar sauce, and I guess someone thinks "no tartar" means "add extra tartar," even though the ticket on the bag and receipt says "NO TARTAR SAUCE." The Sprite is also obviously out as it tastes like carbonated water, and the iced tea was 3/4 full with no ice! The double cheeseburger is flat like somebody stepped on it, and the nuggets taste like cardboard. Nobody is answering the phone, and it's probably because they're trying to avoid the complaints, which I'm sure they get plenty of, from reading the reviews. Total disappointment. I updated to give the service a 5 because the nice young lady at the first window that took my order was shockingly very pleasant. A smile on her face greeted me and told me to have a nice day. I thought I was back in the 80s/90s, very rare these days in fast food. Promote her. I don't know her name, but I went there around 1:30 p.m. on 5/19. Check the schedule and give her kudos.

I'd put no stars if I could. 25 minute wait and still no damn food. Trifling workers laugh and joke and stand around not doing shit they are supposed to. When I got my food at the 30 minute mark the lady had the nerve to say she called my order 🤣 will not be eating McDonald's ever again

This place continues to let you down. I stopped going for myself but now I will drive 10 mins out of the way to go to a different one. Manager must be a fictional role here. From missing items, wrong items and food taking longer than a sit down restaurant its a wonder how anyone keeps their job here.

Went to get my car serviced across the street. The dealership was packed, so I walked over to McDonalds. I placed an order at the table and staff brought my order to me. I sat, drank my coffee, and observed a woman greet everybody who entered. She was so pleasant and very welcoming. Before I left, I had to get her name. Ms. Nancy, you and the staff at this location have presented quality service that has been lacking in dining establishments. To be honest, I don’t recall the last time I went to a McDonalds, but I am glad the dealership was packed and I was able to witness such care today. You all knew customers by name and were very helpful.
