Called to let staff know the issue and felt staff had no training on customer service protocol. I will never order Jimmy Johns again; We will spread the word to the community. The unwich Was completely falling apart due to poor wrapping. I asked for a pickle quartered and got a pickle halved. My Other sandwich was also missing condiments that were requested. The total for two sandwiches was over $30. While I do not frequent Jimmy John’s on the regular occasion, I will most likely not return to this location.

A Big John a Turkey Tom and 2 Little John's. When I got home 3 of the 4 sandwiches were wrong, missing ingredients or added ingredients! $2.40 to add bacon seems a bit expensive. A little John at $5.19 is expensive! Not a great visit.
