  I had a very uncomfortable experience at this Jimmy John’s. The young lady working the drive-thru was polite and professional, and my complaint has nothing to do with her. Another male employee who was not even working the drive-thru came over to the window specifically to question me about my very long nails. He kept asking how I grip things, do everyday tasks, how I wipe myself, and then asked me, “How do you roll your blunts?” I am a Black woman, and I immediately asked him why he was stereotyping me and assuming I smoke weed because of how I look. His response was basically, “Oh, you don’t?” The employee was also African American, but that does not make the comment any less inappropriate or offensive. I was clearly uncomfortable, stopped making eye contact, and turned my head, but he continued asking questions. I came through the drive-thru to get my food, not to be questioned about my personal hygiene or whether I smoke weed. Management really needs to address this. Customers should not be stereotyped or made uncomfortable because of their appearance.

  The staff here are the sweetest and every time I have placed an order (pickup or delivery) it is insanely fast. My main compliment, and the reason for this review is definitely the service. You have a staff that clearly wants to provide much more than just a meal and make someone’s day brighter.
